Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of higher-complexity family support and safeguarding cases.

Act as a practice champion within the Hub, demonstrating excellent social work standards.

Lead on court work and pre-proceedings (Public Law Outline) when necessary.

Foster strong links with local voluntary organizations to leverage community assets for families.
