Supply Desk is working with a friendly and well-supported primary school in Micklefield, looking for a dynamic PPA Cover Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys teaching across year groups while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you’ll be stepping into different classrooms, bringing energy, consistency, and creativity wherever you go. From Early Years through to Key Stage 2, you’ll play a key role in ensuring learning continues seamlessly.

Expect to:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
Create a positive and engaging learning environment from the moment you step into the classroom
Adapt your teaching style to suit different ages, abilities, and subjects
Build quick, strong relationships with pupils and staff
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

You’ll likely:

Have experience teaching in a primary school setting

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Bring enthusiasm and a genuine passion for teaching
