We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 within a primary school setting. This role involves working closely with teachers and supporting pupils in their day-to-day learning.
Role responsibilities include:
Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
Working with small groups of pupils to support learning
Helping to prepare classroom resources and activities
Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independenceThe ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
A positive and proactive approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A flexible and reliable attitude
An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain oneThis role is ideal for someone looking to gain or continue experience in a primary school setting across both KS1 and KS2.
