Our client is looking for a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join their team in Fareham. They have a multitude of projects at various stages in their project lifecycle, from appraisal through to construction and in several different sectors.
These include residential, leisure, commercial, and retirement & care. Their clients range from local smaller scale businesses to local government, respected regional contractors, national housebuilders, and commercial developers.
The Role will see you taking a lead on civil engineering design for drainage, highways and S278/38 whilst mentoring more junior team members. You will liaise with external teams including architects, developers and Local Authorities.
You will be Chartered or working towards and hold a degree in civil engineering. Strong project and team management is a must, and they need you to prepare fee proposals and uphold quality standards. They need an engineer confident handling projects across planning stages
