The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior AV Live Events Engineer to join our London team. This is a hands-on role working across a wide variety of projects, from live events to complex installations.
This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to progress into a Technical Production Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality AV systems setup, operation, and troubleshooting across high profile immersive projects
• Work on-site for events and installations, ensuring smooth technical delivery, so the clients and customers enjoy a seamless experience
• Support the planning and implementation of technical designs ensuring it meets and exceeds the client brief
• Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication
• Assist in supervising crew and mentoring junior team members to create a supportive environment
• Maintain and prepare equipment to a high standard to minimise any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to project delivery from prep through to de-rig, utilising your skills and creativity at every stage of the project delivery
Development Opportunity
This role offers a structured opportunity to grow into a Production Manager position, including:

About You
• Proven experience as an AV Engineer in live events, installations, or production
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (audio, video, control, signal flow)
• Hands-on, reliable, and solutions-focused
• Confident working both independently and as part of a small team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Desirable (but not essential):
• Experience with lighting, SFX, lasers, or water features
• Basic CAD knowledge (e.g. AutoCAD, Vectorworks)
• Experience leading small teams or crews
