This role would suit a CNC Miller with Programming experience that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role that offer full technical training into the role, combined with having optional 1.5X overtime sop you can significantly increase your earnings, on top of being able to maintain a great work-life balance as you will only have to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
