How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview:

    As People Partner at Neueda, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief People Officer. Your primary responsibility is to act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring that people-related initiatives align with the company’s goals and values. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive, high-performing culture and supporting the full employee lifecycle.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
    • Provide accurate, timely, and practical advice on all HR & employee relations matters, ensuring best practice processes are delivered, which are in alignment with local employment legislation
    • Support year-end compensation planning, ensuring alignment with performance and market benchmarks.
    • Act as a trusted advisor for managers within Neueda, providing expert advice, coaching and support on all people related issues.
    • Maintain and review HR policies in line with relevant legislation, including introducing new and innovative policies.
    • Contribute to employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote Neueda’s values.
    • Support leadership capability through coaching, development, and cultural alignment.
    • Partner on strategic projects including DEI, talent management, and organisational design.
    • Support payroll, benefits and fair employment reporting.
    • Partner with managers on end-to-end recruitment to attract and onboard great talent.
    • Lead and/or participate in a range of business and People Team projects in support of the wider people agenda at Neueda.


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years experience working at a HR Generalist level or above.
    • Strong generalist experience across employee relations, recruitment, and learning & development
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Results orientated with proven ability to lead and navigate change when required.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR Policies and HR best practices.
    • Proficient in Excel (experience in performing reconciliations across systems) CIPD qualified.


    Desirable

    • Knowledge of UK & ROI employment legislation.
    • Experience in supporting the implementation of a new HRIS (Human Resources
    • Information System), including requirements gathering, vendor selection, system configuration, testing, and successful rollout.
    • Previous HR experience within a scaling organisation.
