- Capture key points, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks in a clear and organised format, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Distribute meeting minutes promptly after meetings to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate documentation
- Work closely with HR Managers and other key stakeholders to clarify action points and ensure that follow-up items are tracked and completed in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, ensuring relevant topics are included and distributed in advance.
