We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Bexley.
Role Overview
Deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes under teacher direction
Provide class cover for short-term teacher absence where required
Support planning, preparation, and assessment of learning
Deliver targeted interventions, including supporting pupils with SEND
Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
Requirements
HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Experience working in a primary school setting
Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
Strong communication and classroom management skills
