Line Operative

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Line Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible with working hours, including weekends. You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery and equipment on the production line safely and efficiently

* Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality standards

* Monitor production processes and report any faults or issues

* Maintain a clean and organized working environment

* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

* Assist with loading and unloading materials as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (essential)

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Working Hours:

* Flexible shift patterns, including mandatory weekend availability

* Overtime may be available depending on business needs
