My client who work within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Fabricators to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Fabricator
* Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 and Friday 07:30 – 12:00.
* Permanent contract.
* 33 days holiday
* Salary ranging from £28,000 - £35,000.
Duties and Experience: Fabricator
* Supporting the build of investment casting systems and equipment in a quality-driven environment.
* Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings to manufacture sheet metal components.
* Carrying out MIG, TIG or spot welding as required.
* Forming and bending sheet metal and applying correct bend allowances.
* Ensuring finished components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
* Completing fabrication tasks to a high standard with minimal rework.
* Supporting wider production activities.
* Must have a good understanding of bend allowance, tolerances, pattern development and material behaviour to achieve accurate results and the ability to calculate them.
* Proven MIG welding experience.
* Demonstrated experience working in a fabrication environment.
