Salary: up to £28K dependent on experience
Location: Office based - Mon-Fri - Horsham. Parking available
Customer Service Assistant duties:
Manage incoming queries via phone & email
Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
Support joining, moving & leaving processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets
Skills & Experience
Experience working in a similar Customer Service role, ideally within the Financial Services or IT helpdesk / Tech support sector
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Confidence with handling customer queries
High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
