We are currently seeking a time-served, fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality work across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
* Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out effective remedial work
* Perform testing and inspection in domestic properties
* Trace and rectify electrical issues with minimal disruption to residents
* Undertake repairs and fault-finding on a variety of domestic central heating systems
* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven experience working within social housing environments
* Strong knowledge of domestic electrical systems and central heating controls
* Excellent testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Full UK driving licence (preferred/required if applicable)
