Fabricator (STRUCTURAL)

We are looking for a skilled Structural Fabricator to join our in‑house production team. This is a workshop‑based role working on a variety of structural steel components, requiring strong fabrication experience and the ability to produce high‑quality work with consistency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication of structural steelwork from technical and engineering drawings

* MIG/TIG welding and platework to a high standard

* Cutting, drilling, grinding, and finishing components

* Working safely and efficiently within a busy workshop environment

* Ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications

* Operating workshop machinery and hand tools

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Structural Fabricator (essential)

* Ability to read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings

* Strong welding and metalworking skills

* Good understanding of workshop safety practices

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, hardworking, and attention to detail
