Location: Yate, Bristol
Starting Salary: £31,725 (increasing to £41,787 after completing Class 2 licence)
Working Hours: Average of 48 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Saturday work)

Trainee Driver Academy (TDA): This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver.
 
What You’ll Do:
 
While training you may be utilised in a 3.5T vehicle or learn on the job with a mentor showing you all aspects of the job.
 
After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence you will be assessed in a 26T vehicle and be a qualified driver
 
Salary Progression:

Basic salary of £31,390 during training.
After obtaining your Class 2 licence you will be assessed in a 26T vehicle and once signed off, your salary will increase to £41,787
