Teaching Assistant

The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant will be able to:

Support the delivery of engaging and well-structured lessons alongside the class teacher
Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream classroom
Adapt support strategies to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils
Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning and progress
Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
