How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What you'll be doing

    Handling Customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
    * Guiding people through the product range with confidence and expertise
    * Processing orders quickly and accurately (you're the reason everything runs smoothly!)
    * Solving problems like a pro and keeping customers happy
    * Hitting and celebrating SLAs, CSAT, response times and other key targets
    * Keeping customer records efficiently and up to date
    * Handling returns, faulty items and delivery queries using clear processes
    * Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to make things happenWhat we're looking for

    Experience in a customer service role is essential
    A confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
    Great attention to detail and a natural problem solver mentality
    Strong IT skills and the ability to pick systems up
    Someone used to a fast-paced environment
    Someone who loves working in a team and thrives on collaboration
    You will have your own transport due to the location
    A love for cooking would be an advantage but not essential

    Competitive salary
    * Monday-Friday working pattern (with potential flexibility)
    * 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
    * Annual bonus scheme after 1 year
    * A supportive, friendly team
    * Staff discount on the amazing productsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business and really become an integral part of the team.
