Responsiblities:
* Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries in line with project programmes
* Analyse tender returns and produce comparisons and recommendations
* Negotiate and place subcontract orders in accordance with company procedures
* Manage subcontract valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
* Control variations, change events and contra charges
* Maintain accurate subcontract cost forecasts and records
* Assist in final account negotiation and close-out
* Liaise closely with site teams, project managers and commercial management
Salary description
£40000.00 - £60000.00 per year
