What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a desk job—and it’s not just warehouse work either. You’ll be right in the middle of the operation:
Briefing drivers and preparing dispatch bays
Scanning and moving freight
Keeping the warehouse floor organised and delivery-ready
Helping customers with parcel collections and drop-offs
Locating parcels within the warehouse quickly and efficiently
Repacking and handling damaged goods
Managing delivery and collection queries over the phone
Responding to customer queries via internal systems (Salesforce)
Completing admin tasks like POD entry and end-of-shift reports
What to Expect
A split role between warehouse and office tasks
Some lifting of heavier parcels
Safety shoes required at all times
Occasional Saturday mornings when needed
