Location: Covering East to West Midlands
Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Servicing, breakdown repairs, and remedial works on air conditioning and HVAC systems
Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical building services
Covering sites across the East to West Midlands
Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£75 per standby)
Requirements

Proven experience as a multiskilled air conditioning engineer or in commercial HVAC services
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g. FGAS certification, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
Package and Benefits

£42,000 – £46,000 basic salary
