How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As the Learning and Development Advisor you will to support the delivery of learning across the group.

    This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll play a key part in managing learning systems, delivering training initiatives and supporting stakeholders across multiple businesses.

    It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in L&D or take the next step into a broader, more impactful role.

    As the Learning and Development Advisor you will be:

    Acting as the first point of contact for L&D queries across the business
    Managing and developing the LMS, including users, enrolments and course configuration
    Supporting the design and delivery of learning content and programmes
    Working with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement solutions
    Producing data, reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
    Supporting early careers initiatives, including apprenticeships and graduate programmes
    Coordinating training activity and working with external providers
    Driving improvements across L&D systems, processes and the overall learning offerProfile

    The right Learning and Development Advisor will have:

    Experience in an administrative, coordination or systems-based role (L&D/HR experience beneficial)
    Confidence working with systems and data (LMS experience desirable, not essential)
    Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    A proactive, self-starting approach with a passion for learning and development
    High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomesJob Offer
