Wills + Probate Legal Support

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected law firm, for a Paralegal or Legal Secretary to join their Wills & Probate team. The Role – Your Journey in Wills & Probate:
From day one, you’ll be learning from experienced fee earners, gaining hands-on experience drafting Wills and related documents. As you grow in confidence and skill, you’ll take on responsibility for assisting with estate administration and preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Along the way, you’ll guide clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with empathy and professionalism, seeing the tangible difference your work makes in people’s lives. Every task will help you develop your expertise, broaden your experience, and grow your career in private client law.

About You:

Law degree, legal studies qualification, or relevant experience
Genuine interest in Wills, Probate, and private client law
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Empathetic, professional, and client-focused
Eager to learn, take responsibility, and develop your career
