Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (some flexibility required)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join a busy factory based in Buckie. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment, starting on a temporary basis through our agency with the potential to become a permanent member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production areas and equipment
* Ensuring all hygiene standards are maintained in line with company and food safety regulations
* Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
* Completing hygiene records and documentation accurately
* Supporting production teams in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within a factory or food production environment is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* Flexibility to adapt to business needs when required
