The Role - Secondary Learning Support Assistant - Gloucester
Provide targeted classroom support to students requiring additional help
Work 1:1 with students or support small intervention groups
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across subjects
Support students with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement within lessons
Help promote independence, confidence, and academic progressWhat We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in secondary education and adolescent development
Psychology, education, or related background desirable
Previous experience working with young people beneficial but not essential
