Senior Quantity Surveyor

The owners of a well known growing Construction firm, are looking to hire a qualified and capable Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in West London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well respected construction firm who have grown from 5 to 35 in the space of 2 years.
 
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
 
Leading a small team of 5, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be running the post contract handling of residential and hotel schemes.

Projects range between £500K - £25M.

You will be working with some of the most well known clients in their respective industries.
 
The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Strong post contract knowledge
Understanding within the £500K - £25M contract values In Return?

£80,000 - £85,000
Work from home / flexible conditions
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
6% Pension contribution
