We require Day Shift Production Operatives for Temporary to Permanent positions based in Crawley for a highly reputable manufacturing company.
Benefits of working as a Production Operative
4 days on 4 days off, day only rotating shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm
Pay starts at £13.90 per hour. Increasing to £14.97 after 12 weeks (Plus separate holiday pay)

What we are looking for:
Excellent hand to eye coordination, dexterity
High attention to detail and ability to work to production targets and high standards
Good written and spoken communication skills
Previous production experience involving production machinery is preferable but not essential as full training is given.
