How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This role is responsible for end‑to‑end supply and demand planning across multiple markets, ensuring high product availability and accurate stock management. It also supports operational processes, forecasting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

    Description

    Manage supply planning activities to achieve high service levels and ensure timely product availability.
    Coordinate logistics, production planning, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    Oversee stock reconciliation across systems, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate data.
    Support the supply side of new product launches and manage periodic rework activities with partners.
    Maintain and manage demand forecasting models, including monthly planning and forecast accuracy review.
    Provide packaging or compliance‑related data to relevant stakeholders as required.
    Contribute to general supply chain tasks, process improvements, and cross‑team support where needed.Profile

    A successful Supply Chain Specialist should have:

    Experience within the FMCG industry a must.
    Educated to degree level with 2-4 years' experience in a supply chain or planning environment.
    Experienced working with ERP or planning systems, with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
    A strong communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
    Highly organised, detail‑focused, and proactive in resolving issues.
    Comfortable working independently, showing curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
    Commercially aware with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
