Role: Retail Facialist
Location: Bath City Centre
Hours: Full time, 3 weekends p/m
Salary: up to £28,000pa plus commission (3.5% on products and treatments)
Key Responsibilities:
* To carry out treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
* To give professional skincare advice to customers and promote available treatments including
* To promote products, along with a full home care prescription.
* To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Manager and team.
Requirements:
* A Beauty Therapy qualification at level 3 or above (or equivalent)
* Excellent treatment capabilities
* Advanced understanding of skin and skincare treatments and products
* A genuine passion for skincare, both treatment and product
* Impeccable polished presentation is key.
