What does an average day look like?
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, every day is rewarding and varied. You might be:
Supporting individual pupils or small groups with literacy and numeracy
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Providing one-to-one support for children with additional needs
Supervising children during playtime, lunchtime, and school outings
Communicating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child’s progress
No two days are the same, and you’ll play a vital role in nurturing young learners’ development, confidence, and curiosity.
