Traffic Marshall Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our team on a long-term project based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety, managing vehicle movements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. This role will also involve overseeing and supporting a small team on site.

Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Duration: Long-term work
Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently

* Work as a Traffic Marshall while supervising and looking after a small team

* Maintain clear communication with site personnel and drivers

* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed

* Monitor access and egress points

* Assist with general site duties when required

Requirements:

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall card

* Safety Critical Medical certificate

* First Aid certification

* Gold CSCS card

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate
