We are working with a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

The Role:
Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting
Working closely with site and project teams to ensure successful deliveryWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similarWhat's on offer:
