We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to support a warm and welcoming care home based in Sevenoaks. This role is offered through our agency, providing flexibility and ongoing opportunities in a rewarding kitchen environment.
About the Role:
As a CDP within a care home setting, you will play a key role in delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet the dietary needs of residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high‑quality dishes in line with set menus
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen standards
Ensuring meals are plated and served to a high standard
Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
Adhering to all food safety and health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level
Confidence working independently in a care or catering environment
Strong understanding of dietary requirements, soft diets, and allergens (desirable)
A calm, organised, and professional approach
Reliability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
