How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    W Talent are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing and dynamic consulting business in the recruitment of a Project Coordinator based in Sheffield on an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to become permanent.     Role Overview

    The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director, supporting a wide range of activities across both business consulting and coaching services. This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining strategic involvement with hands-on execution across multiple areas of the business.

    You will play a key role in supporting business growth, coordinating projects, improving processes, and assisting with client engagement. The role also includes elements of personal assistant support, making it ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to take ownership. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to scaling a growing business while developing core skills in project coordination, consulting, and business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects and initiatives.
    Assist in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
    Prepare reports, presentations, and key business documentation.
    Provide day-to-day organisational and administrative support to the Director.
    Support the development and execution of business strategy across multiple service lines.
    Assist in identifying growth opportunities and supporting new initiatives.
    Contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks that support business expansion.
    Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand development.
    Support lead generation, sales activity, and client engagement processes.
    Help develop client-facing materials and propositions.
    Support the development and implementation of operational systems and processes.
    Assist in improving business efficiency and scalability.
    Help coordinate internal resources and support team development activities.
    Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
    Support the delivery of consulting and coaching services.
    Assist with client relationship management and ongoing engagement.Key Requirements

    Degree-qualified or equivalent (graduates encouraged to apply).
    Strong organisational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Highly motivated, ambitious, and career-focused.
    Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
