The Role:
All travel is paid door to door.
Working exclusively on one contract you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across 6 mixed use sites, (industrial and commercial) between Nottingham, Birmingham and Peterborough.
You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out general PPM's and fabric work.
The person:
* It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.
Salary:
£40,500 - £42,500, all travel paid, private use of the van, door to door, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
Currently there is no call out rota although this may change in the coming months to a 1 in 7 rota, with standby being paid at £150 per week
