Key Responsibilities:
As Bar Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:
Support team supervision, training, and scheduling reporting to the General Manager
Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
Assist with opening/closing and service as required
What we're looking for:
We're seeking someone ready to lead and inspire:
Previous hospitality or bar management/supervisor experience
Knowledge of wine and its pairings and origins (Or a passion to learn)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
