The Role:

Deliver high-quality lessons across your subject specialism
Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Manage behaviour effectively to support positive learning outcomes
Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a UK secondary school (placements considered for ECTs)
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be adaptable, reliable and committed to student progress
Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
