About the Role
We're looking for SEN practitioners who can confidently support children with:
Autism
ADHD
Complex learning needs
Physical disabilities
Communication and sensory needsYou'll be working 1:1, in small groups, or within specialist classrooms, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported.
What You MUST Have
Proven experience supporting children with additional or complex needs
Confidence working with Autism, ADHD, and disabilities
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Willingness to provide personal care when required
