At Metalis, we are working with an established fabrication company based in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The role offers excellent opportunities for progression within a growing and supportive business.
Job Duties
Carry out high-quality sheet metal fabrication and welding
Perform TIG and MIG welding across a range of projects, including double welding vessel shells and purge welding pipework
Working on structural framework and stainless steel
Setting and operating press brake and pyramid rolls, along with all general fabrication equipment.
You will be able to understand all aspects of engineering drawings
Support on-site work when required
Work to strict health & safety standards
Keep your workspace clean, organised, and efficientJob Requirements
Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
Skilled in TIG and MIG welding
Valid CSCS Card
Ability and willingness to work on-site when required
