About the Role:

Teach inspiring and interactive English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional depending on experience)
Develop creative lesson plans that engage students in reading, writing, and critical thinking
Support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND or EAL needs, through differentiated teaching
Encourage discussion, debate, and creative exploration through literature and drama
Track, assess, and provide feedback to ensure every student can reach their full potential
Contribute to department initiatives, literacy projects, and extracurricular activities such as school productions or writing clubsWho We're Looking For:

Qualified English teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with strong knowledge of Language and Literature
Teachers who can make English enjoyable, relevant, and engaging for all students
Confident classroom managers who maintain high expectations and positive learning environments
Collaborative professionals with a reflective approach to teaching and a willingness to contribute to team success
