We are recruiting on their behalf for an experience Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract.
You will work 5 days across Monday – Saturday and be offered a basic salary of £30,000 upwards, plus OTE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and rental transactions, supporting clients through the entire process while delivering strong customer service and hitting sales targets. It is vital you have your own transportation and access to a car during working hours.
Sales and Lettings Negotiator main duties:
* Build relationships with vendors & landlords, buyers & tenants
* Provide advice and regular updates throughout transactions
* List and promote properties (online portals, social media)
* Generate new business and valuations
* Match applicants to suitable properties
* Ensure compliance with property legislation and company policies
Sales and Lettings Negotiator required skills and experience:
* Previous estate agency or customer-facing sales experience
* Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and organisation skills
* Target-driven and proactive mindset
* Full UK driving licence often required
