We are currently looking for experienced Gangers for a project based in OX18.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy site with work available for reliable candidates who have strong site experience and can support the smooth day-to-day running of works on site.
The Role:
As a Ganger, you will be responsible for overseeing site operatives, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Duties will include:
Supervising and coordinating site labour
Supporting the delivery of daily site activities
Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Maintaining site health and safety compliance
Assisting with site organisation and productivity
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Gold CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to meet site security clearance requirements
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Ganger
Strong understanding of construction site operations
Good communication and team leadership skills
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
