This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Quality Manager who wants to lead from the front, influence site standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing / fresh produce environment.

THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of the Quality Management System, leading the QA function and working cross-functionally to ensure products are safe, compliant and right first time.

Developing and maintaining robust quality management systems
Leading, coaching and motivating the QA team
Driving compliance with BRC, customer and food safety standards
Conducting audits and ensuring the site is always audit-ready
Investigating quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
Analysing quality data and trends to support continuous improvement
Delivering training and guidance across site to embed quality culture
Working closely with suppliers and customers to maintain high standardsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience as a Quality Manager within food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety, BRC and quality systems
HACCP qualified with audit experience
A confident leader who can engage, influence and challenge
Experience of leading and managing a large team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentWHY JOIN?
