Academics are looking to appoint a KS1 Phase Leader on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry primary school.

This Grays based primary school are seeking a strong, passionate and driven Teacher to join their warm and welcoming KS1 team from September 2026 on a permanent contract.

As the KS1 Phase Leader, you will be responsible for leading the KS1 team and monitor student achievement across the KS1 Phase. It will also be your responsibility to implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies and work alongside the senior management team.

Evidence of 'Good to Outstanding' teaching practice
UK QTS is a must
Experience in delivering the UK national curriculum is essential
Strong academic background
