Travelplanners are expanding their dedicated concierge team, supporting a loyal base of repeat customers who return year after year based on exceptional service. This is a relationship led position where you become your clients' go to expert for every trip they take.
About the opportunity:
You'll provide a seamless, concierge style service from the very first enquiry through to post travel care. Your day will include:
Reengaging lapsed clients with thoughtful, relationship focused outbound calls
Delivering personalised consultations via phone and video, understanding each client's preferences and recommending the perfect holiday
Working with select tour operators to sell a mix of short haul, long-haul and luxury holidays, typically £3,000-£10,000
Growing cruise sales, including tailor‑made cruise and stay itineraries
Managing the full booking lifecycle: quotes, amendments, cancellations and aftercare
Arranging extras such as insurance, airport parking and premium flight upgrades
Ensuring flawless accuracy across all bookings and internal systems
What we are looking for:
5+ years' recent travel agency experience selling worldwide leisure travel
Confidence handling complex, higher value itineraries
A consultative, relationship driven sales style
Excellent communication skills
Previous home working experience

What we are offering:
£27,000 basic salary plus commission giving a £30,000 OTE
Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30, with occasional additional hours for VIP clients
Fully remote, with all equipment provided
Excellent remote support and training 28 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days for long service.
