Pay Rate:
Basic pay rate of £13.52 per hour between (Apply online only)
Basic pay rate of £16.29 per hour between (Apply online only)
Once permanent, the pay rate structure can increase to the below:
Team Member - £13.52 per hour (with shift allowance £15.51 per hour)
Skilled Team Member - £14.10 per hour (with shift allowance £16.57 per hour)
Multi-Skilled Team Member - £14.63 per hour (with shift allowance £17.16 per hour)
What you will receive in return:
Bonus structure (Bonus is paid quarterly with a minimum payment of £125, this can increase in £25 increments if quality standards etc are met up to a total of £200.00) - Bonus is paid at the end of the month following the Quarter
