This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant who is eager to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The school is conveniently located in Basingstoke, offering good transport links and easy access by car and public transport.
In the role of Learning Support Assistant, you will provide vital support within the classroom, working closely with teaching staff to enhance pupil engagement and progress. The successful Learning Support Assistant will support students with a range of additional needs, including SEN, ASD, and ADHD, helping them to thrive academically and socially.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering structured interventions to support learning outcomes
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
Working collaboratively with the SENCO and wider staff team
