PK Education are currently recruiting for a caring and committed Pupil Support Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a nurturing environment and make a real difference to their educational journey.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across the primary age range on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and additional needs
Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a safe learning environment
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working with children or in a school setting
Be patient, adaptable, and resilient
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be confident supporting pupils with additional needs
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
