This role is primarily focused on residential conveyancing, handling a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
Whilst the role is residentially led, commercial conveyancing exposure would be a distinct advantage, offering the opportunity to broaden your skill set within a supportive practice.
This is a full-time office-based role (5 days per week), suited to someone who enjoys a collaborative team culture and direct client interaction.
The Role
* Full residential conveyancing caseload
* Client and introducer relationship management
* Liaison with lenders, brokers and agents
* Drafting contracts and handling title matters
* Opportunity to support on commercial files
Requirements
* Licnesed Convyancer or Qualified Solicitor
* Strong residential conveyancing background
* Able to manage matters autonomously
* Excellent client communication skills
* Commercial property experience advantageous
Salary
£35,000 – £55,000+ DOE
