We're recruiting a detail-focused Finance Officer to support daily finance operations, including purchase ledger, credit control, cashbook posting, and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the finance inbox and respond to daily queries.
Process supplier invoices, update QX, and reconcile supplier statements.
Complete daily GRNI checks and assist with weekly reporting.
Chase overdue payments, monitor debt, and issue monthly customer statements.
Set up new customer accounts, verify bank details, and manage proforma payments.
Maintain accurate credit information and remittance records.
Enter daily cashbook transactions.
Ensure import/export documentation is completed and received on time.
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and collect VAT receipts.
Support financial compliance and internal controls.Skills required
