About Us:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team in Shrewsbury town centre. Bar experience is essential as you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling high-volume drink orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders, provide excellent customer service, and deliver orders promptly.
Implement the Challenge 25 Policy and check IDs as required.
Recommend drinks and snacks to enhance customer experience.
Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of the bar area.Requirements:
Minimum one year of bartender or server experience.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes is advantageous.
Friendly and positive attitude with effective communication skills.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.Key Skills:
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High standards of organisation, punctuality, and professionalism.Remuneration:
